What Ezion offer on the table, might fail as against the back drop on what players is trading at, at 0.042c

Will Ezion boss want to fall back on 0.0018c price again. I THINK NOT, then again Ezion if it fail to take over. It may not want to inject their price asset into it.

U think, U act and U see fix weather ti win or loss and or cut loss.

teeth53 thot - On sharing on what goes into my mind. (my trading experience).

Wow, don't spread rumours lah.

Firstly, Ezion's cash offer is 0.18ct, not 1.8ct. With this price, who in the right mind will sell to them such that they can get 90%??? And also Ezion already said they are not exercising the right to delist YHM even if they get 90%.

Buy on weakness if it retreats to 4cts and sit on it. Ezion should announce some plans for YHM once the offer expires. Huat ah....

Bopanha      ( Date: 19-Jan-2013 12:20) Posted:

Dangerous to pick up too many.   Can be eaten up with a get back of 1.8 cents unconditionally, meaning forced to give up at a low price if the offerors resort to it.   Beware.   Only throw money you can afford to throw away.

Company on the SGX-ST. As such, the Offeror does not intend to exercise the right of

compulsory acquisition which it may have under Section 215(1) of the Companies Act.

That means Ezion must have 90% or more in acceptance to compulsory acquire the remaining shares at 0.18.

This scenario will never happen.      Don't be misled by rumours or people trying to ask you to sell so that they can buy cheap.

It is all in the offer documents that you have recently received from Ezion. If you just bought without knowing, you should ask for the offer documents to read the conditions and understand when it becomes mandatory and unconditional.   Think still have time to sell instead of receiving 1.8 cents in exchange for your shares.

Think will touch 4.5cts and pull back to 3.9/4cts next week. Good opp to buy near 3.9cts for CNY rally. Feb 4 closing for  Ezion cash offer. Should be good news coming after that.

Look like operator is pushing it higher, for Ezion they maybe happi speculating forward to tap on this momentum, just oso to make more money... as since thet oredi indicated their offer ONLY stood at 0.0018 cents.

As long as their offer is not totally finalize play is still on...

Operator who is buying up the shares has their own agenda.. Just ride the wave..

IMO: this coy has no substantial earnings.. directors sold the coy shares at so low px.. now its trading px is at v. high premium.

Unless the news coming out for this YHM is going to be good .. else  I dont think its advisable  to put all the eggs into this basket..

Today closing is v. well and steady.. they accumulated enuf .. time to chiong ahh...

I heard and understand that Ezion has strong intention to take over YHM when they first exchanged shares to each other. Since it has 7% more from 44% (or maybe I didn't get it right)to get the calling power, why is he offering this low price to YHM. the latest action seems like he is not aggressive /keen enough to take over YHM entirely.

don't understand this scenerio, what do you see?

Hi ,

I don't think they would do that given that they hold 44% already. the operator might be speculating that Ezion going to annouce what they will do next...and   given Ezion reputation.. it should be good news

After hitting $0.04 on 10/1/2013 , YHM retreated immediately n went down to touch $0.035 the next day . It formed a small flag formation in the next few days . Today,   finally it broke out of this formation with heavy volume n closed at $0.042 . If it could clear the strong resistance at $0.045 , it would reach $0.05 .

Bintang      ( Date: 12-Jan-2013 13:20) Posted:

After filling the gap at $0.038 , YHM went up touching $0.04 n turned back  down to $0.035  .  The immediate support is at $0.035 now . Friday closing was $0.037 almost rebounded half way from $0.035 . It would be great opportunity to buy at $0.035 if it goes down again . All indicators are positive n moving averages are pointing to an uptrend ahead .
