Congratulations to your EURUSD long deal. Now too late to enter, I doubt that it will exceed previous high of 1.4966, hence your target of 1.4922 looks ambitious but manageable. All depends whether US market goes further up tonight.
Few days ago, my short for eurusd is unfruitful with me losing 25pips. however manage to catch the reversal and jump in to long around 22/1 around 13:00 gmt at 1.4510. almost got triggered out on 23/1 when there is a retracement but still having the trade open with target price 1.4922.
anyone is longing eurusd?

Mani, would like to suggest u go to CNA forum to sell ebooks too, the daily volume is much more than SJ and more jokers like pension are there, so i think more traffic = more sale for you.
i just realised maybe you are doing a ebook online biz, i feel it is good to be doing biz no matter what u sell. sell with integrity. good luck on your online ebooks biz, i read that if successful, one can make more than 20k per month easily. hope u can be one of them

As for me, thou i have to share the cost with others, however i dun need to result to sell lousy ebooks for living.
I can see now u now starting to sell Trade secret vids when someone wanna buy it instead of genie, u are so keen to sell ebook?
as i mentioned before, u sell genie i sure wack, but u sell other good ebook i am ok, hence i wont stop you from selling trade secret.

You are absolutely right. That's also my take.
If you want to gain a PHD in TA, go for Genie. Following Shaolin's principle, you need to put in a couple of years to fully learn the 10 volumes. Then go and look for another GURU to teach you how to trade using some of the principles you learned from this 10 volumes.
Meanwhile, I would prefer to use this time to paper trade based on the strategy of a guru of my choice.
That said, let's come back to Forex Trading.
Anyone familiar with Ichimoku? I understand that it is effective for Forex trading. I am interested to learn this technique.

OK, heres my take on these two packages. Both are very good. If one haven't done any courses yet it is better to get the genie. If one intends to buy just one package, go for the genie.
It is very difficult to describe the goodness in these two packages. I would say learning and mastering the genie is like a novice entering the Shaolin Temple and trained for 10 years. After passing the 18 Lohans tests, this new Shaolin master came down the mountain and met another senior Shaolin master who has been wandering the wulin for more than 20 years. Then one night while they were at the Dragon Inn drinking wine, the senior master quickly transmited a few deadly killer strokes to this junior guy. The dealy strokes are from the Trade Secret Video. Without the 10 years basic at the Shaolin Temple, this junior martial artist may not get it and think that the senior guy is teaching him some rubbish.

Hahaha... what you have said is the precise truth!!!. The ideal situation would be for a mentor to dish out stock tips and obviate the necessity of arduous slogging and studying and experience on the part of the learner. Better still, do away with all learning and be able to make money swiftly.
But that's an ideal situation, which is, for the ordinary investor, not how the real world of the stock market operates...
I prefer ebook that is short and simple, with
good setup that let you paper trade for a while instead of spending
time to learn the 10 volumes.

And to me, "The Genie Tutorials" is cheap even without 'sharing' with 10 other people...
dun wori mani before i comment i will scan it once, i have scanned genie from page 1 to last page once. only chapt 1-3 which i read a thrice else i would have totally condemn the whole ebook.
based on your writing and ur pref i am sure you are very theory based guy aka academical type. genie would suit ppl like you wel; but sadly majority of the ppl are more pragmatic based, hence genie wont work on them well.
the quotes u used further prove to me i am correct, the quote is correct but not totally correct just as there is many type of people who suit diff systems, what the quotes say wont be correct on everyone. if u have enough traders frens, u will know that what u preach is not totally correct nor pratical. there is much more successful traders who did it w/o anything u recommended nor what genie taught.
all i can say is genie suit u, maybe, but not many ppl else.
there is no point for me to contd, stockscharts.com covered everything genie and teach and more. i will contd to paste www.stockcharts.com everytime u paste genie. period

Of great value are particularly the philosophical content and character-building aspects. Techniques and tactics alone will not make you much money in the end. It's the philosophical aspects that cause many a downfall and devastation of supposedly advanced traders... because it's a matter of character.
(Incidentally, a credible author will carefully choose the person who would write the foreword to his masterpeice, and would not accept the word of any unqualified or unsuitable individual).

agree thats why it is always good to paper trade the system 1st as recommend by the author.
for me, i paper trade by back testing and based on my experience, i able to incorporate trade secret system into my own system to further refine my entry. bascially i used it to better my breakout system signal. i dun think it is best used as a standalone system thou it can be used as standalone.

u have to used all 4 setups of trade secret system into your forex system. i used it to refine my trading system instaed of using it as standalone system. especially the fibnacci setup, which u need to master it 1st, as forex is based alot on fibonacci level

most of your ebooks u recommend are very theorical but not practical in actual trading. when reading the ebook may make u feel great but end up clueless how to trade.
many buy piano and use it doesnt mean much. maybe they just not really good in piano or dun suit or dun like piano. most impt is to suit yourself and know yourself.

very very very sure very very very few ppl is able to benefit fully from genie as even i read it, i am sure very few ppl is able to trade profitably with genie alone. as usually i still think it is a good theory encopedia to be kept for reference or read it if really nothing to do. for me, i rather refine my system.

P.S. Stressfree indicator is very effective. Presently, I only use stressfree indicator to capture lots of trade for shorting. Simple, just follow the red arrows and short those counters that are longterm bearish. I will go long today on City dev and one green arrow appeared last night. Check it out cashier.
