yes, that is correct, most of the director are given share option and sometimes these price are so low....  unlike those purchase from open market.

hmm.. 4 black candles is a very bearish thing right?

 

No matter what fundamentals or news one hears,

    it is best to trade purely on a technical basis..

       which means to say, stick to your chart indications,

           no matter what you are hearing around you.

              Although it is not a fail-safe trading method,

                   it is a reasonably objective and defensive method

                       to avoid big losses, as compared to trading

                          based on fear and optimism.

 

Shares option is  'perk' for employee. 

You should go work in those public listed company at a senior management level, may be you can get this type of  share options offered to you tool.!!

no price stated, he could have earned.. the price did go up to 2.05, 2.06 intra day..

maybe he bought opening, sold at 2.05 ?

he didn't sell more than he owns.. he just sold more than what he bought today... he has holdings from previously.
