too frustrated with this stock, i believe the management is playing some thing if not this can't be this worst.
Hmmn got sold down by jst 5000 shares.... Hmmm
We need clown like yiming2000 then Biosensor will go up,pple who do not take profit when the stock is high but continue to hope it will go higher...when it was $1.50-1.60 good time to selll instead of buy..buy high then swear want to sell but price went lower..now the time to collect since mgt bought back 1.08-1.17 implied price is on the lower side but to sell when higher...

The sellers may be the beneficieries of those who were given very lucrative bonds (> 8%) and free warrants convertable to shares at 60+ cents who have converted them into shares at a huge profit while shutting out retail investors. Anyone attending the next AGM should question them on whether they have also sold any shares while buying back.

Good to buy now?
Friend infancybird, your feeling is right. No BB has the means nor the interest to short this stock in such a persisten way. Makes no sense. The price manipulaing shortist is most likely part of the management. In the US this would be illegal and considered insider trading.
Can you tell me why capping the price at 1.22 would be neccessary for the M& A? Your explanation would be good education for us in this forum. Thanks.

Like you, I consider myself a fundamental investor. I never buy on technicals alone. That is why I bought Biosensor. But I was looking to the analyst valuation of 1.80 target price and bought 10 lots at 1.50 in Feb 2012 when it dropped from 1.70. When it dropped further to 1.45, I bought another 10 lots to average down. But the price kept dropping further and further. I should have ignored the analyst target price and looked at the technical chart which showed Biosensors at very high price even at 1.50 back in Feb 2012. Based on technicals, I would say the entry price now is only about 1.25. If Biosensors' fundamentals stay intact, there is a good chance I can get my money back by next quarter when the price gradually move back up to 1.50.
Fundamentals are important. But technical chart must be used to guide entry point if we don't want to get stucked when others run.

but sometimes the difference between a downtrend and volatility can be quite hard to tell....

before 2012/02 uptrend, after that downtrend...

All the good fundamentals are not enough to entice everyone to scoop and get vested. So we are all like garra rufa fish in a spa just nibbling the skin off Biosensors toes and scooting away before coming back for another nibble.
The market is no fool. I believed the stupid analysts and bought 10 lots at 1.48. Now, I am waiting for the garra rufa fish to drive up the price to 1.50 so I can jump out of the spa pool.  |

This i-seller is happily pressing and blocking .....if there is no company share buy back soon, I believe the price of Bio will be at or below 1.10 end Dec. The identity and motive of this i-seller is unknown , esp his relationship to the mgt and BB insider . Hope we will find out !!
