According to the latest FY 2010 AR, the Top 20 shareholders holds 731,371,607 shares (58.22%). Now Cai Sheng PL owns
| 299,427,000 shares | (22.01%). Go and figure out how many outstanding shares are there on the market for trading. Caveat Emptor. |

i would think many ppl are trying to ride on his interest in informatics to profit... rather than PL trying his luck....
if PL continues to increase stake... free float will be lesser...
