The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Adventus Holdings Limited (the “Company”) wishes to inform that Adventus Resources Pte. Ltd. (“Adventus Resources”), the Company’s subsidiary had, on 17 September 2010, established a wholly-owned subsidiary called Adventus NZ Limited (“Adventus NZ”), Company Number: 3126085, a newly incorporated company in New Zealand.
The paid up capital of Adventus NZ is NZ$1, comprising of one share of NZ$1, and its principal activity is to undertake business activities in New Zealand which are related to the Group’s businesses.
The investment in Adventus NZ is funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any material financial impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the immediate past financial year ending 31 December 2009 nor the current financial year ending 31 December 2010.
None of the Directors, Controlling Shareholders or Substantial Shareholders of the Company have any interest in the above transactions, save for their interests arising by way of their directorships and/or shareholdings, as the case may be, in the Company.

Waiting to drop to 3 cents then buy.
Did not buy at 4 cents since I expected marketed to be quiet for a while until September. Still hold 30 lots at 4.5, so waiting for action. Seems that it still maintains amongst the top volume counters. Hope it never lose this status, otherwise would sell off.
