For those holding on out there, better hope I am wrong.

Look like the wall supporting the 1 cts buy, will start to crack soon.

Good chance  for me to buy back    Looking ahead, there is little impetus for price to move higher, The next quarter result likely will remain weak.  Better take profit if there is still some left and capital protection is key now. In bad time ,all stocks, good or bad will come down. No escape.

The latest quarter result out after market close and speak for itself. Not surprised. More loss per share.

Braddell project launch now scheduled only last quarter 2012. Cannot rule out delay at that time.  (Nobody know) .  Meanwhile ?

Hope today high volume before the result was not to create attention to offload.

Will only buy back should price drop below 1 cts.

Glad to have cleared the holding earlier. Looking at today performance, this counter was struggling very hard but no way near the finish line. Difficult.

Other counters already in their second round or even third round of the running track.                                                                                                                                                            What a joke.Whether to cry or laugh up to u.

Fund released from sale proceeds switched to higher beta in today dip.(play the winner)

Managed to clear holding to day. Two year holding since the takeover in Mar 10 followed by  right issue.  Fund stuck. Too high opportunity cost.    This round I think cannot escape lower price should market worsen. Will switch.

Note  the photo of Simon Xie, the Project Development Head hv been removed fr coy website. Presumed left.

Can only hope  the Mother, son and daugther team and balance of management can cope well. Take a drive to Jalan Lateh, building still standing.  The plan to move to main board listing, regional property player, strong conglomerate etc will be distant.

Best of luck to all long term investors.

Yes i agree with you. A blue chip company like VICOM pays its directors about $260,000 while TopGlobal, a small company pays a very hefty $1M. Its shares also got diluted with the exercise of warrants periodically.

I dont you will get a dividend in the foreseeable future. The controlling shareholder who is also the chairman pay herself, the board of directors and the key executives too handsomely. For the record, her pay is between 500K to 1 million SGD, the directors are paid 40k/year for the latest FY. Compare this with other small CAP companies youself. In addition, they sack their CFO a year ago and till now have not gotten a replacement. The current COO, Jenifer is responsible for answering shareholder's queries but she doesnt reply to queries. Next, the executive chairman doesnt even bother to write her Chairman's message in the annual report, looks like her underlings just copy and pasted from the business review commentary. Then, look at the complex corporate structure that the Chairman set up. The trick is that she holds just slighty over 50% and gets to make all the decisions. Its the same old trick that her family used in manipulating their family businesses in Indonesia, SinarMas and its subsidaries. She treats this as thought it is a family business and the minority shareholders are the ultimate ones who suffer.

Eric, thanks for your reply... . In fact your analysis really get me thinking of the mgt's business decisions. As none of their joint ventures have been successful by far... . Why no major projects in their hometown ? Conflict of interest ?? Why keep investing in Singapore ?   When so many gov's policies have been introduced as well as more potential implementation of new ruling to cool down property market demand in Singapore.. Lets continue to monitor their business movements and strategies ..Cheers !

> Machoma: I used to own this but i have disposed it sometime back. Their capitol project first caught my attention. Later, i find the way they manage their business if of a family self interest first hence, I have disposed it. But I am still interested in looking at how things progress with the management in the future.

Yeap, they have sold of their stake in Capitol project and started this Bartley Homes one. Seems like they think this has more potential.

1.1c/1.2c is still one step up to it's previous sleeper of 1c/1.1c.

For the record, please take a look at all their past joint ventures, they never saw any joint venture to fulfillment. First, they sold off their GPS alliance and group of companies w/o making any profit to Koon's holding. GPS was suppose to be their real estate agency branch. Next, their joint venture in China i.e. the Fisherman Pier, their plans to acquire hotels near transportation nodes were all unaccomplished. Third, the capitol project is suppose to be a show piece of their own, yet they are selling w/o seeing it to completion. Do they think that the housing market is going down? If so, why are they still acquiring en block sites to build condominiums when most foreigners are shying away from buying a property? They mentioned selling capitol project is in line with their company plans and strategy to established itself as a lifestyle property player, how so?  So what if they make a profit of 133%? This is short term view they are taking and on top of that, they are building a bad reputation of themselves with potential joint venture partners. To top it off,  with those inflated salaries and 51% holding, they are making rains using only half the efforts required.

Think about it, the Chairman is glorified as being influential in Singapore, Indonesia, China etc. But why is it that there are no projects in Indonesia, their home territory?

This is family business. If you are in for the long haul, better to get out now. But well, if you are in for the speculating, Caveat Emptor.

They have now acquired total 3 sites around that area, that is why they have created Bartley Homes Pte Ltd. I think they have plans to target wealthy professional foreigners as Australian International school and Stamford Amercian International School are nearby. The new premise of Stamford American is huge ..moving from old premise to new premise this May/June. And I heard that Australian School will be taking over the old premise of Stamford that means expansion. Guess that will be their strategy to focus their development mainly at that area.. . I am kind of hopeful in this counter..just my personal view to share. ..Anyone care to comment on Eric's comment about their top executives' salaries ?

TopGlobal just made 133.33% profit over it's last investment (Capitol project) in just a span of one year. Do you think TopGlobal would acquire something if it thinks it can't make money of it?
