I think it is moving up ..
Any Bro knows what is the latest TDR price in Taiwan ? Does not seem to have any reports on trading and wonder if it's already active.

Support is at 33.5 cetns. Looks like it is stabilising at the current price of 33.5 - 34 cents and it may move upwards..
Z-Obee
Z-Obee Holdings (HKG:0948) has entered into an underwriting agreement with the underwriter in connection with the TDR listing. Pursuant to the agreement, the underwriter shall procure subscribers for, on a fully underwritten basis, an aggregate of 80 million units of TDR (representing 40 million new shares and 40 million existing shares); and the offer price per unit of TDR is NT$10.2 (HK$2.58).
It is expected that listing of and dealing in the TDR on the Taiwan Stock Exchange will commence at 9:00 a.m. on 3 December 2010.
As several existing shareholders who had previously agreed to participate in the TDR listing could not effect the share transfers on time, Wise Premium Limited (a substantial shareholder of Z-Obee owned by Wang Shih-zen, the chairman and chief executive officer of Z-Obee) has agreed to participate in the TDR listing so that the TDR listing could be achieved as scheduled. Both Wise Premium and Wang will continue to be one of the controlling shareholders of the company after the TDR listing.
Immediately after the completion of the TDR listing, the shareholding of Wang in Z-Obee will fall to 24.12% from 28.23%.
Z-Obee will be able to raise NT$374 million (HK$94.588 million) net proceeds from issuing the 40 million new shares.
Do take note of any proceedings in SGX website... there's update for Z-Obee listed in TAIEX on 3-Dec 9am... the offer price is equivalent to $0.437 per share.. It will depend on the opening value of this stock in TAIEX that will trigger a drastic change in the SG counterpart this coming Fri, I believe...

Z-Obee Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that the Company will launch the Proposed TDR Listing on 22 November 2010 in Taiwan . The Company and the Underwriter have agreed that the proposed Offer Price is estimated to be within the range from NT$10 (equivalent to approximately HK$2.57 or S$0.42 per Share) to NT$12 (equivalent to approximately HK$3.08 or S$0.51 per Share). The final Offer Price is expected to be determined by agreement in writing between the Company, the Vendors and the Underwriter on 26 November 2010 with reference to the demand from institutional and selected investors during the book building process. The Board intends to use the net proceeds from the issue of the New Shares for the working capital of the Group.
Many times, BBs will buy up and the price and volume will soar. Happened many times. Might not fall as according to the analysis. This is my take
Downside risk is much higher than upside potential at current level for Z-Obee.
So many resistance to clear before moves into bullish trend.
