moreovr mayb there's ppl trying to sell dn creating fear so they cn collect..jz a thou..y not, anything cn happen in this mkt. 'scheming'
As the payout of the dividends is only upon the divestment of the remaining assets under SPA 4 and SPA 5, I believe the sellers do not wish to wait until the divestment is complete and just wish to let go of their holdings. This is because their cash is stuck here during the wait, while they feel it might be better invested elsewhere. Those who bought when it was less than 0.075 will probably have taken profits earlier. So these are buyers who probably bought in at 0.075 or 0.08 looking for a quick(er) buck. Cheers.

Like lawcheemeng stated, after the divestment of their holdings under SPA4 and SPA5. It's on the SGX announcement pages.

Hi guys, I'm back! Did u even notice I'm gone? 
Kingster - That's good news. I haven't had the time to go through the filings and announcements yet (just touched down), but it seems like SPA1, SPA2 and SPA3 are more or less settled.
So we're left with the divestments SPA4 and SPA5 which are, I believe, still pending approval. Do fill us in if u come across any news regarding their statutory approval and conditional fulfillment.

amount of RMB196,657,716.47 of the Second Tranche Consideration and the settlement of the

Eagle is selling its 3 subsidiaries to Shiwan Office. Shiwan Office owns Smart Asset (30 percent shareholder of Eagle). The reason why Eagle is selling its assets is because of the losses (subsidiaries A and B making losses, only subsidiary C is profitable) it makes over the years. The buyer Shiwan Office is confident of making use of its resources to make the subsidiaries profitable. The cash generated from the sales of these subsidiaries is distrbuted back to shareholders at $0.08 per share. After which, Eagle becomes a cash company. They can either look for new businesses to invest or become a RTO target.
