Under nOrmal circumstances, Placees dO nOt lOOse mOney because they are in a pOsitiOn SURE tO make mOney.
That implies that the Placees have ALREADY sOld their Placement Shares and made gOOd mOney.
That means the share price WiLL RiSE back tO iTS Placement PRiCE when the Placees bUy back the shares at lOwer PRiCES fOr mOre prOfits.
yOu can alsO call THiS as Placement TRADES
Placement Price is the SPECIAL PRICE usually given at a gOOd DIScOunt to the market price at the Time of placement.
Placement deal is only OFFERED PRIVATELY to BB or Funds or Banks for an Agreed BIG Volume of shares.
Placement volume is usually in the Tens or Hundreds of Millions.

Of course we can observe the volume trend if you got the pattern of it...as for example today, it gap up but not well supported , thus the price offloaded at 0.5 when it started to move downtrend. I won't wait but will wait for another opportunity to catch the mini Elliot Wave which daily data feeds on the volumes of a particular stock and the candlestick projected can let you know what is the direction that going to be. The gap will continue but I observed half of the BB loads has been disposed unless they "load in" again for another wave today..Thus got to check today's pattern of volume on what the direction will be for the next few days..

Sinotel PE just only 5 based on latest earning .... That is very low compared even compared to other s-chip
Secured RMB350million contract declared at Dec 2009.... Sinotel stock price still very low at 0.505....
Worth to be invest for medium ~ long term
Sinotel had just announced that it had POSTS 47.2% JUMP IN REVENUE TO RMB533.2 MILLION and profit jump 29.4% to RMB 139 MILLION for Full year end Dec 2009.
