Ying Li's last dividend was way back in 2008 when they paid total 0.718 cents. Nothing since then.

beside yingli, may i have some opinion on Pan Hong? I bought a little when it was dirt cheap at 0.22......
i remember pan hong price points were pretty close to yingli......and after they spin off half the company to list in HKSE, I think the company has got good cash horde (and it had track record of giving dividend).
but the mgmt there suddenly form a subsidiary to venture into " South Africa" , that's where i stop buying...
any feedback from experience investor regarding pan hong?

News from China regarding sanyawan seafood center project phase 2 (or 3?)...hopefully this project will start to perform. Seems that this project will include shopping mall, residential and commercial integrated, similar to yingli plaza in daping. had seen some conceptual design on the web but not sure if the final design is ready. I t looks nothing like seafood distribution which leads me to believe that the " seafood distribution theme" is just a front (to get cheaper land) and better plot ratio. by the way, this plot of land is very different from yingli current portfolio, it is about 15 to 20km from city center....just 2.8km from airport
I also heard that this location is very near to the new IKEA chongqing but could not verify it. Would appreciate if anyone could help confirm.
Overall, Chongqing has great potential. Many of the southern manufacturing activity had moved/is rapidly moving west. so the economy is growing faster than national average for many years and is expect to do so for many more years. chongqing monthly housing sales (in units term) is way above national average and thus Yingli should be able do well.

Stocks are shiok when it goes up...
But when someone pulls the carpet, it is " pengsan " ...
Doubtful of management style....... They just appoint a 30 year old kid with 5 years of work exp to be financial controller cum secretary cum acting CFO..... I am sure there are much more qualified people in the firm who can do it. Either he is a white horse or a puppet. Either ways, negative.
Anyway any company with doubtful core values at the management level is not a wise investment.....

Vested in both yingli and pcrt...
Like yingli for it high growth but no dividend
Like pcrt for high dividend and quite good growth when all malls are operational

We are positive on stocks that achieved an initial 52-wk high recently and also supported by sound fundamentals. Our picks are PCRT, ASL Marine, Jaya, China Merchant and Ying Li.
Ying Li Stock price made its first break into 52-wk high territory only last Thursday. In doing so, it also achieved an 18-mth high. Our analyst says increasing rental income and sales of property from both the IFC and Da Ping project will continue to drive Ying Lis earnings higher. Earnings for 2013 and 2014 should be much better than 2012 given that property sales recognition has been slower than expected. Ying Lis longer term prospects remain firm with projects in the pipeline.
