There is no widespread knowledge on how Mr Cao has been made to agree to hand over the 510 m shares but the outcome is clearly a financial penalty on him. For a sense of the weight of the penalty, the 510 million shares are worth about S$47 million based on the closing price of Gaoxian's shares on the stock market yesterday.

Stan19 am I right to say that whatever warrant I am entitled to, I can now sell?

 

If u r given 15000 warrants but u sell 15000lots .. you will become short sell and you will be fined and need to purchase 14985 lots of warrants from market. Anyway. U r still entitled as it is registered even before gx resume trading.
