Latest results very positive for the counter. Earnings, distribution, yield, nav all up. Yield is now 7.3% and nav is 28 cts. Financial costs is down; management is confident of the next half year as the economies in Australia and Singapore recover further. Those who dismissed this counter have been proven wrong. Those who expect to fish at 13 cts can wait long long or wait for a market crash. Those who are patient will reap the rewards.

Why be sad? Is earning more than 6% p.a. not better than so many others who quit and deposit in the bank earning less than 1% p.a.? As the economy recovers you can expect dividends throught the year. It has never missed any dividend although its share price has been range bound.

this is dead counter, I brought at the peak of 0.165 now i don't even want to look at it!! sad!!
commercial Property last to rally in all the property categories so it's now the most value for money. Now really depends on the company whether well run or not. This counter is still a tenth of it's peak value. Tat's no guarantee it will rise but I'll put my bets on it.
div next May/June? not really heard about that. .. maybe thinking of let go this counter if no specified payout div.

Getting a bit sick of this stock's inaction. Still, feels like ofc property is moving again. Marina Bay 1st phase launch all taken up in this kind of economic climate. Wait it out and see.
