R u sure u r looking @ e right company, cz Transpac industries holdgs [TIH] hasnt announce their financial reprt yet.

Seem like some form of accumulation going on for the past 2 days.... yesterday up by 5cents and currently up by 7 cents. Any news?
The Board of Directors of Transpac Industrial Holdings Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce
the issue and allotment of an aggregate of 2,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at the
subscription price of S$1.00 each, pursuant to the exercise of 1,000 Series A Warrants and 1,000 Series B
Warrants. These new shares will be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading
Limited on 23 October 2009.
what does this mean? Does it mean the number of ordinary shares will continue increase and NAV decreases?
Which one is the better opinion, to buy Transpac or Transpc W120511?
Besides, can we still buy the newly alotted warrant at S$1?

Look out for this one...could shoot up anytime....
Div is bonus if they do decide to give...but imho I think they will keep the cash for investment purpose...hope they can pick another solid one like HFC....but of coz at distressed level in order to get in cheap cheap and later sell ex ex
