No, leh, I am a prudent investor, coz' I rate myself as the POOREST church mouse investor. Can only afford Singapore cents to invest, NOT US cents!! Still waiting at the sidelines and will strike if SC dips to US 5cts. That's why I call it a junk share, coz' it has been sailing aimlessly for many years, may be shipwrecked and sink to the bottom of the sea. Has been losing $$$$ most of the time!!. How to stay afloat and move substantially north at all - has always been dumped when it attempts to stay afloat.??

Prospects for SC, according to a recent DJ release, over the next six months, will remain challenging (oh, does it mean it will continue to downtrend?) though it has the potential (how long - two years, three years or what?) to gain from long-term growth in inter-regional tourism. Pending that, guess it will continue to dip to US 5cents. Possible??? Haha, if that happens, I will buy SC shares by the lorry load coz' I am the poorest church mouse SC share investor!!!

Nothing is impossible to happen - in life, that is!! Stocks, e.g. ACCS, Centillion, Informatics appeared to be "super-strong" once- upon- a- time. What happened? Don't be too happy! Lest your hard-earned $$$ is stolen away coz' u think it's a steal at 27c. 27cts is 15% less than 31cts. That's a great difference, if based on 100 lots! - SC won't drop to US0.01 cent? Won't it crash to US0.05cts?
1 cent? that is impossible .
0.27 is super strong support point... anyway, for long term holding, that's not much different buying at 0.27 or 0.31, the price is good to steal.
Why is it safe to buy at 27cents? The safest, I think, if it continues dipping daily to 1 cent. Then I will pawn even my last pair of pants to buy as many SC shares as I can afford. If that happens, my dream of becoming an instant "million hair" will become a reality. No offence intended - three cheers to those who're vested in SC shares! Do u think it'll dip to 1 cent?

0241 GMT [Dow Jones] Star Cruises (S21.SG) down 1.4% at US$0.36 on concerns near-term earnings outlook will be challenging after reporting 3Q07 net loss of US$21.3 million due to non-cash FX debt translation loss. UBS forecasts FY07 net loss of US$127 million, says cruise operator not out of the woods considering 3Q is historically its profit-making period; "although we think Star Cruises has the potential to gain from long-term growth in inter-regional tourism, in the next six months we think the environment will likely remain challenging." Thin volume suggests downside capped, though results and higher operating costs, especially for fuel, won''t help shares in near term. Support at S$0.35 (last reached in August). (FKH)

starcr is in top volume today 24,724 . there is every chance that it will shoot up tmr. board meeting 16nov , it's definitely gg to shoot north anytime.
Heard some news that its gg to shoot up tmr,however of course, tips are tips and not 100% reliable.
but since the 3Q results are coming up very soon in few days time, prices will usually go up at this moment.

What makes u think SC would shoot up tmr? The 3rd qrly report is not due to be released until after its board mtg on 16 Nov - so there's no FA figures to guide us. Based on TA, at the most it would trade sideways or move north slightly pending release of 3rd qrly report Any other comments from other SJ participants vested in SC?

Our fair lady, SC, is taking a breather. She has been tossed about by the undercurrents in the wide wide ocean while waiting patiently for a rich white knight to woo and swipe her off her feet before they fly north (in any fairy tale, a horse has wings,you know?) to live in everlasting bliss in a planet (coz' by then he will be "super-rich", loh).
SC appears to be building up for a "tsunami breakout" in six months? Or would it be trading sideway again for some time? The free float of SC shares is big, and if most of its investors don't believe in its long-term prospects, SC would have crashed long ago. Any forecast from TA or FA specialist on the possibility of a breakout or breakdown soon?
Heard of SC-Virgo docking at china during Olympic period ? And last few week, lot of buy in too. Think long term, this counter should be good.

While others believe STI would nosedive very very very soon, you are saying it'll hit 4000 - one year later or tomorrow?.If iST hits 4000 tomorrow, many short sellers would become bankrupt!!!! If ST hits 4000, SC will "fly" to the moon, instead of cruise "superfast" to the North Pole, mah
