Calling all those vested - please unite together just like UIC case. If they are sincere, then they will come back with  better offer.  Better still if other 3rd party also become interested  & offer even much higher price !

Who in the right frame of mind will take up the offer at 39.5 cents when the NAV is 45 cents ?  Now sell to market also got 40.5 cents !

Actually with income streams from Centris and JP, the NAV could very much increase by aother 5 to 10%. So, offerer could have offered maybe about 44c to buy or maybe this could be a conspiracy to push prices up and then the big boys off-load them to us. Just a wild guess.

Offeror obviously not serious about accumulating too many shares....he's doing it only to comply with SGX regulations.

With 39.5c a share, i think it is very much lower than its NAV. Those who chased this stock will be really disappointed.
