charting hindsight is 20/20 if there are sufficient data...... forwarding trading, it can go either way ..a matter of interpretation since it is a few points on the chart. If it is so simple, why seller who knows technical analysis sells when he can read the chart it is turning....
markets have many players...some sell cos' no money to hold, some liquidate position, some just get to know the action and join, some think it has more to go, the kiasi, the kiasu, the pai see will not run etc..

I got a open (maybe silly) question, any takers can answer:
Everyone knows candle sticks charting and the indication behind the formation of the star... what if some BBs plays into this and purposely forces the star to form... and come monday (if overnight DOW doesn't drop another bomb) the first half hour pushes the price up and side-liners decides to jump and buy.
Then sudden the BBs pulls a reversal and sell/short/shot/dump/wack (whatever lah) and the price drop further beyong 0.39 :(
like that those of us (who bought at >0.41) holding tightly today hoping for a better monday will suddenly become even more stuck (worsen paper lost/contract/CFD etc) decided enough losses and sell too (expecting prices to drop further)... so basically it's a shortist world out there... or at least it's the current trend now...
what u think?

The Candle Sticks chart seems to be forming a morning star.
If it does form, then rebound on Monday.
If it does not, then further retraction. |

Yet to check on chart - but this counter should have little downside. Buy now if you think it is yr ideal price.

Lets look at it from two angles. The investors bought and average down the prices until no $ left. The sellers, a combination of shortists and divestors, sold and sold until they oversell. There will either be a big movement soon either up or down. Fisherman's strategy is best applied here.
Dont worry, the general market trend is down. Dow went down 2% mah. End of day it will recover and on Monday it will surge.
hit 0.39....sigh :(
I won't be surprised many working class lost money on this stock despite its recent climb...cos' they bet on contra play and had to book losses after contra period -- this is also one reason why it cannot go up..
i went in at 0.425....*sigh*....i average based on 10% or 20% rule (it's easier if you stick to some principle) depending on the price volatility of that counter, else like smartrader said, run out of $ very soon. Lets hope for the best as CNY gets nearer... :)

dual listing in TW = cannot buy
dual listing in HK = can consider buy
bought at 0.42.....my colleagues bought at 0.435.....see liao also sian....
