Need a lot of patient with this stock. Hold up quite well yesterday. May have some potential with DOW in green.
This stock is lag behind.

CCT will release it's financial results for the year ended 31 December 2009 before 8.00 am on Wednesday, 20 January 2010.
Expect good result and dividends coming soon.
Might be office rents are starting to bottoming up.
Last minute purchase by BB at S$1.18 (1814 lots)... they must have heard some good news on this counter. Tmr should be good day for this counter...
I bought both counters at fire-sale prices and intend to keep in inventory for long term.
CapitaMall is probably better in terms of its malls' locations.
CapitaComm may face rental competition given the coming huge office supply.

i started to enter this counter for the past week....as it is one counter that will benefit from Singapore GDP recovery next year (from negative now to positive)....office rental bottoming....also the next quarter (near Feb.), we will also collect half yearly dividend (around 4 cents)....buy on dip as suggested....good luck :)
