TOPGLOBAL: May be a good try for a small sum for big gains if it turn out to be good in due time.

The Rights issue is on, should be a good buy at current levels. The rights is a deep discount compared to its trading price now. I will say ACCUMULATE. Any suggestions guys.

The board of directors of Top Global Limited ("
(announcement no. 00115) made by the Company on 5 November 2007 in relation to the
above transactions. In view of the current volatility in the equity markets, the Company has
decided to withdraw its proposals for these three transactions.
The Company will re-evaluate the options available to it including seeking other forms of
financing, tapping the equity markets when conditions improve or restructuring the size of the
transactions.

Monies represent 1% of the total consideration for the purchase of the Properties of
S$18,290,000.
The completion of the purchase of the Properties is subject to the TGL obtaining the approval of
its shareholders (if required) and TGL shall obtain such approval on or before 31
The Company is entitled to a further extension of 2 months from 31
the purchase at the Company?s discretion failing which the Option Agreements may be rescinded
and a 4% deposit forfeited.
Located some 100 metres from the Kovan MRT Station and Heartland Mall, a Properties are
freehold in tenure. The Company is currently exploring the possibility of redeveloping Kovan
Court into a Residential Condominium (
approximately 26,050.79 sq. ft. and plot ratio of 1.4.
The aforesaid purchase of the Properties and the Possible Redevelopment by TGL is not
expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of
the Group for the year ending 31
shareholders of TGL has an interest, direct or indirect, in the Properties and Possible
Redevelopment.
The Company is in discussions with various financial institutions and is considering various
options for the financing of the purchase of the Properties and the Possible Redevelopment.
TGL is also anticipating that part of the proceeds from the proposed rights issue of shares, as
announced on 5
Possible Redevelopment. TGL will make further announcements in relation to the purchase of
the Properties and the Possible Redevelopment when appropriate.

I reckon we have seen the worst days of this counter during the sell down last 2 months. My advise to galgal, is to hold till the end of the year before deciding if you would exit or not. Since the worst day may be behind us, the only way for this counter is to move north. Keep the faith!

Perhaps need another 1 month to complete its cycle to .16. Will be harvesting at that time.
Patience paying off for those who vest during the my call to accumulate at 0.08. this baby is walking. hope it will run soon.
This counter has finally come alive....hugh volume with good price increase. Better days are ahead now. Anticipate good result in the coming reporting season.
