Its Wise to be in Ecowise...

i bought 2 days ago at 0.25 100lots, any chance of recovery in nx 1-2 days?

 

....the USD3.8m is the purchase consideration of 50% stake in Ecowise's subsidiary.

hhmmmm....accountability is nice and good to talk and listen.

Look at SembMarine, Labroy Marine, JEL........directors sometimes go to the wrong path....human nature

 

Err... considering they made SGD4.6mil profit last year, USD 3.8 mil (SGD5.5) injection is pretty substantial, dont you think so ?  Maybe we will get special dividend this year... yeah !

 

Right..... the injected funds will have to be accounted to all shareholders.  It cannot be channel into directors salaries or bonuses. On paper EPS, it will be abt S$0.03/share for year 2007.

But I'm more concern abt its future prospect and to be progressive in its earnings.

I hope my guessing is right that the retail investors are selling their access shares in hand after the rights issued.

USD3.8 million is ...of course a small sum (in business).  What's more important... is its earnings and constant progress!!!!!

 

don't really see how US$3.8 mil is going to help them do anything big.....

 

I think........ the selling were due to.....

1) Those bought at its previous peak around S$0.70 to 0.95 and were issued with rights 3 for 1. 

2) After X all,  its price adjusted down to around 0.215. 

3)So... having 4 shares in total, whenever there is surge of  price. Selling will be quite substantial. 

Very frustrated........ if I had not considered of its potential or sounded fundamental..... I would have made twice on its recent 2 surges.

 

 

In fact, this is a normal behaviour. Buy on rumour and sell on announcement.... so far the price for this counter has not dropped drastically.... So a sharp is expected... The support is at $0.20. If break..... then $0.15....

 

I really cant believe tt price of this counter is dropping like nobody biz!!!

This certainly is a great step forward in this Company's progress in it's growth history...

In spite of today's frentic activity by intra-day speculators and 'profit-grabbing' by frivolous players,

this counters is undeniably on its way to bigger things... esp. in the months to come...

 

Their focus is on India and China.  Singapore is too small a market for them.

 

The JV is not really that great a deal.  US$3.8 mil is very very small investment for this Swiss cement company.  It's a drop in the ocean.
