Lian Beng is a gone case. It bought "things" at high price.
Steel price has gone up by more than 50% since last year!!
Enbloc fever has also cool down due to US sub-prime crisis
increase in construction cost plus decrease in property cost will weigh much to its outlook.
Expect more downside!!
damn unlucky, met my target of $0.8 and yet i didn't sell all. lucky thing is that already recovered my capital, went in more at $0.35. not sure how the increased in materials cost will affect their bottom line, with so many contracts which they've on hand now, they will be fined $$$ if they miss the completion dateline
has drop drstically to 0.38, should be a good time to grab some.
as mentioned that when it broke the MA and also the support at $0.48...which is $0.475 the price...it will go down...now it looks to plunge again...$0.42 is next support
should it break and close below $0.48 support level...we shall see it go down..but personally...even if it goes down..i dun think it will be a deep one as this stock is still quite well supported
wow lian beng up so fierce after lunch from 0.585 to 0.605 but now under selling pressure back to 0.60

SINGAPORE (Reuters) - Sembawang Engineers and Constructors, a unit of
India's Punj Lloyd Ltd, said on Thursday it has been awarded a S$400
million ($282 million) contract to build part of the Marina Bay Sands
integrated resort in Singapore.
The project, which starts this month and is slated for completion in April
2009, comprises the resort's casino, theatres and retail arcade, Sembawang
said in a statement.
But their order book still very strong, so don see too big drop.

it is well above its 200MA line being supported up above tt...
If u'd bought long ago, you should haf cutted loss or took profits earlier. Now it's trending on a support, a strong support, imo, sell @ support?So it's up to you. In fact, it's being "squeezed" in a way. Nxt week should be interesting.
