Why can't  contra players play with an active stock if they hope for a tech rebound?  Cheers to those who bought at low prices - the recovery will come  soon -  the company has been profitable (though not exceptionally profitable) every year.   Shd be more profitable once  copycat Ambu  pays damages soon for infringing LMA patents and stops producing imitations.

selling volume is drying up....some contra players who bought in @ 0.565-0.58 looking for a tech rebound are just offloading at a loss to undwind their position.  Results will be out Feb 8.  This is the time to buy not sell if you can bite the bullet.   Results may surprise on the upside.  Let's wait and see.

As the price becomes lower, any further small drop gets bigger in percentage terms.

This is a classic example of why FA is useless when a stock is downtrending (if indeed it is trending down), except as a supporting factor to enable those FA investors to ride out the fall.

I am sure all TA investors would have abandoned ship to watch on the sidelines to re-enter when  a reversal is more positively apparent. Many FA investors are willing to take the bigger risk.

I finished my analysis on LMA. I read 2005, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 results, and match the released date with the LMA charts, eventhough all the quarter results are good profit , not more than 20% all the time, but the stock still drops after few days of results announced. As for 2006 Q1, Q2, Q3, results, Q1 is bad, and Q2, and Q3 results are flat earning as well. I do not think they will have good earning for Q4. According to the trend, unless Q4 results hit over 20% gain, even so, the year 2006 results will not be good due to the extreme poor Q1. I foresee it will drop further after Feb results annouced. Not vested, but extremely interested if foresee a trend reversed.

Thats good news. It means the "breaking support line" syndicate are on a tactical retreat. We now wait for the "bulldozing thru resistance line" syndicate to buy up. Of course, much appreciation for all the LMA supporters in this forum who have fought a hard battle to support this counter.

The syndicates/operators who have been committing suicide by massive selldown (as if LMA is going to become bankrupt or its P&L for last quarter 2006 is  disappointing (to be released soon on 8 Feb), when its third quarter 2006 P&L was very encouraging) will exit this counter after selling down.  It's a  sign of their frustration that there are other  investors/syndicates  who dare to buy up as they keep selling down, instead  of following them to sell down.

Of course, if the operator/syndicates can break the support line by massive selling down, then there would also be other "syndicates" who would do massive buying when the price is low (such as now), crashing through the line of resistance. In other words, 2 operators in opposite camps?

Dear iPunter,

Though some one can make bottomless pit, there should be some one t can make the bottom out too!!! Not to worry at all. For me, it is my buying opportunity on dip. Just imagine, if the price can go as low as one cent the reward to risk ratio could be infinity I suppose........

Hulumas is right...

But the problem with this counter now is that there is no more 'safe net' by way of support lines... and it's more like a 'bottomless pit'.

iPunter, you dont mean resistance, you mean support right? Since its on a down trend.

Better put on your laryngeal mask, its going underwater now. :)

Is their fundamental news which is depressing this stock?

Dear iPunter,

I am afraid. This time TA is no longer showing its accuracy. Next week, I predict it will be on long term uptrend.

Dear Snoothie,

That is what you think, but I think otherwise. Yes, it certainly can rebound back even higher than you think, just a matter of time.

Since this one penetrated a major long-term 'resisistance' line with no resistance at all, it is better to ignore this counter until a recognisable reversal is apparent.
