I am so luckly to get 1 lot. This time round, i will not sell so early like CRCT. Maybe if the debut price is right, will buy more.
I will buy 10lots at debut (<1.5)since so HOT...
4th days after it closing on 5th Feb, 2007 (Mon). Me have a good chance to get 1 lot, check CDP a/c, is still not reflected into my cdp a/c yer, check my DBS/POSB bank, applied for 2 lots, 1 lot money is return. D other (still) $890/- not credited into my a/c yet.
for me, this is the counter for super longterm
I will buy somemore when debut, so luckly to get 1lot
i also think 2 is reachable maybe in day1
Reminded me about CRCT ipo at $1.13c, everybody were saying it is sooo....expensive at $1.13c, well it 1st opening reading day goes like this !.13c to $1.68c, then there is no return, it does goes to $2/- for a few day B4 hitting a high of $3/- ++, now trading at btw 2.80c-2.90c, my guess is oso something like that lohh...happy Angpow to all lucky ipo winners. A note here, it increases it public float to 30m, from 25m.
me also not successful in the ipo, will buy some when debut.
cant even get the ipo, i will buy from the open mkt. i think it will be hot
if open at around 1.3-1.5 , i will buy 30lots to keep, better than putting in bank
I think the public tranche is the largest available among the recent IPOs, so I think might not be so easy to push up the price unless big boys comes in...just my thoughts..
$0.89, DY=6.75%[low end]
at $2 is 3%, I think it will hit 2
This week ipo play, so is next week with CitySpring start it trading on Monday, in much better position to open it px strongly above a dollar liao. Predicting optientially hitting $1.89c on coming day sooner then later, then push up again. True Blue chip stock on opening tribute day.
Just sharing my tot "Huat Huat Huat ahh....:)". JJJJJJJ
THis will certainly be HOT.

KSH starting trading tomorro (Thurs-above water kopi $$$). China Farm starting trading on Friday, v.hot item-above water kopi in 3digit and CitySpring starting trading on Monday, will it trade below water ?. following last recently sucessfully ipo-ed applicant, it going to be ipo play this week and next.
Even Kinengy ipo has been waiting at it wing for a long time, now oso want to join in stike when it is hot. just my tot.
analyst probably consider factors that we did not. or was it the other way round. any way we got brains and sentiment. for me i take no brainer rate @ 3 + 1.5% for risk so it works ot to be about $1.20
so what is your call? everyone has a different view depends on the rate of return expected and the posibility of growth.
@ 86c i probably will want to add more to my retirement fund as safety of capital in my opnion is quite good.
think more, win more.
not an inducement to buy or sell.

NRA.. err... "zhun bo" Fair value 0.86c, tink tink trading value is more surely more this value, just asking any taker want to sell below a dollar, or any one wanted to sell more then a dollar now. 48.7X over-sub..... BBs sure to makan up all within a dollar, just my tot.
Hi bulbideal. NRA is NetResearch Asia. Fair value is based on initial portfolio of CityGas and SingSpring but they see potential in CitySpring for long-term capital appreciation. Its strategy of overseas acquisitions could provide better yields given the higher risk nature of such acquisitions. They have a Subscribe recommendation.
