Mr Toh Soon Huat making wave again. Businessman turn TT's significant shares holding and oso now a consultant to TT's furniture business for another two years, participating into TT's future growth. Some high lightened here.
1) TT will buy the Furniture Assets and Businesses segment from Novena, including seven brand names and registered trademarks.
2) Novena will also subscribe to an additional 3% of new shares of TT International for S$0.20 a share via a cash payment to TT.
3) When all is said and done, Novena will hold a 14.1% stake in TT International making it the largest shareholder.
Well not all the names below got this baby.
TT Int'l pay S$13.5m for NOVENA's furniture which own & distribute it own Akira local brands, TT Int'l will issue 67.5m new shares to NOVENA (CEO, Mr Toh Soon Huat) in return NOVENA oso has significant share interest in TT's future growth. Said Mr Toh. A win win for both counters.

Anyway 98, Rank Conner house is sold to Mr Oei Hong Leong for a profit of 2.3m to house his China/Chinese..10 thousand antic.. re..., so renkon both of them came out in a win win case and esp for Novena.
Novena, postive news of OHL buying into Novena, traded from 0.38c to a high of 0.495c and now seen it trading at 0.43c, up by 0.175c, still 68.8% profit. yahh.. Congrat....those vested here. Interested read on ST paper today..Just wordering isit just one day... kind of thing coming or will it go one up better, any 1 care to comment. Best Regrads.
Any can share, 55,000 sq ft, isit big or as big as Court or Ikeamega store?. I hv no single idea how big is this furniture store going tobe?.
