My principle is since most analysts do not track penny stocks, and also most unit trusts managers do not buy penny stocks so they are likely to be undervalued as not many people will notice them. The only thing is must have time to wait, cos may take quite long to be noticed.
The biggest $$$ rewards come from buying penny stocks which subsequently rise or surge, or both.
In percentage terms one can easily double or triple one's investment in a very short time.
But the trick is to buy it at the right price.

I been holding this counter since IPO CHINA TOLL till today and also forget the issue price liao !! no moving at all .....
