Neptune's shares are very thinly traded. Not surprising as one shareholder controls 55.44%, leaving 6,550,320 shares available in the market

Finally Ashmore is showing their true colours. Haha...

 

Was checking out the website for Neptune Marine and realized that this is a very new company, but its management team has over 30 years experience. Company's capital is 14.7 million shares. Last traded at NOK 135. NOK is the currency for Norway. Based on their purchase consideration for the shares, it works out to US$24.355, or NOK 133.23 per share. Nine months ended 30 Sep 07 EPS is 29.5 US Cents. NTA is US$2.50. Exchange rate is about US$1 = NOK 5.47

I was queuing for 0.02 for so long. Now its at 0.02 and got no money to buy because my last capital is stuck in this counter called In-no-values which I thought it will rebound.

I have 1.5 million shares. Bought them between 0.03 - 0.035. For now, not sure what ashmore is up to. Lets wait and see. Anyway, their existing business is still ok, just that company has too many shares, so their profit would not have much impact on earnings.

 

Does anyone knows what's the outcome of the AGM? Any business direction they are heading? Seems like the Asmore Group still has not make any serious plan in Jasper yet. Still holidaying around?????

The share prices seems to be hovering between 0.02cts to 0.025cts.

Any advise from the seniors??

today mkt sentiment was real bad but surprise Jasper still up 25% from 20cts to 25cts,

 

I think the ceo is under pressure as he is worry about his job for not bring in investment. I think he will be grill by investor in the agm. Two way to solve the problem, either remove him or ask him to resign. 

 

no investment is unhealthy, cash will run dry because of expenses to keep the company going. to solve the problem, replace the ceo.
