Letissier07...

You are absolutely correct... good view, (and a star post)... :)

I agree 100% with you on that...

This one is a real GEM to lock up and keep!

I am not going to sell at 70c. I am not sure how far it can go. If valuation is not cheap and I think it has no more room to grow significantly, then I will sell.

Frankly I am not looking at analyst's target price.

You know what? I actually read somewhere that higher copper prices might be good for Tai Sin.

Everybody knows copper is getting more and more expensive day by day (my vendors keep on reminding me about that) and normally the prices are passed on to the customers as not much value are added to the coil of copper wires. Hence assuming higher copper prices per tonne, equal margin and more products sold, the absolute value ($$$) in profits actually rises!

Do correct me if you find this theory strange...

Tai Sin's Lim Kim Hai brand is really strong in Singapore and is making headway into Vietnam and Dubai. I like the management's forward looking strategies in choosing such fast emerging economies to establish international presence.

Anyway, Tai Sin is poised to take off... Grab while you can. Downtown MRT, Circle Line, IRs, service apartments, etc... Bound to have a smashing gd year this year. However, read the prospectus risk section please... Tai Sin's exposure to copper prices from LME can potentially hurt margins...

Hurray.. Livermore... Bravo... :)

And to think that Tai Sin caters to the whole of the property economy...

Looks like it's fated to be a big blue chip in time... :)

I hope some of you went to the "Ferry Terminal" and purchased your ticket at 9am to board the Tai Sin boat. I remember some called it a sell due to some "double bottom" formation at 50c.

I went to the internet and noticed something interesting in the Insider Trades. I told my sister and my dad last night to buy:). Actually I did a careful study on Tai Sin late last year.

Thanks to our IR casino and infrastructure projects required by emerging economies, sunny days are ahead for construction companies.

Tai Sin has left Jurong Port and on its way to the casino at Monaco:)..................

This kind of last minute "cheonging" at the close of the session, and closing at the day's highest, should mean there's much more juice to go.

Fundamentally speaking, this one is a real gem as far as properties go.

In view of the extensive property development in the pipeline...

for a quality M&E company like Tai Sin, the earnings potential can be staggering to say the least...

Building plays such as Yongnam, CSC are Lian Beng are in play today. Perhaps a trickle down effect on Tai Sin. I believe that Tai Sin is still deeply undervalued given recent developments. However, what in the world is happening today? More IR projects tendering soon?

Don't keep focussing on target price. Look at its valuation and if the company has potential to grow, just hold. You make much more profit that way then always move from one share to another.
