AGM on 26 apr and Thomson view court case decision on Monday 29 apr.
During AGM dividend date will be announced. Predict all wee hur warrants holders will convert to mother share to get the 3 cent dividend. Since currently warrants left is hold by main stake holders. It provide strong support.
Dividend pay our of 3 cents plus1 cent at later year will be equal to 4 cents dividend for this year. Base on current 0.455. It is 8.8% dividend.
As stock is forward looking, this year revenue drop but predict wee hur will still provide a total of at least 2 cents dividend. That mean current price support by 4.4% dividend.
If Thomson view case settled which will provide super strong revenue for 2014- 2016 mean wee hur may give 4 cents dividend again. In 2015 and beyond.
By market price adjustments 4 cents dividend should even REIT provide less than 6.5% dividend . So base on 6.5% wee hur should be at least price at 0.615.

Court decision on thomson deal on 29 april might have some impacts on wee hur share price...either good or bad...
Wee hur distributed around 50.8percent of earning to shareholders since it listed in 2008..total $144.2 millions...according to mr goh statemen in 2012 annual reprot ....i expect more in the coming year..especially 2014...2016...and i believe they will maintain the fifty percent pay out ratio because they are the major shareholders....and good for investors like us...stay with wee hur
Monday may breakdown
Amended my target for 42...so did not get..my broker pick up some at 43 and unload within 30mins..made few hundreds coffee money...i intend to keep for dividen till parc centros credit in...

Able to explain why the main shareholders and directors accounted for 108000lots of wrtnto will not convert their wrt to receive the dividend of 3cents?
Just recieved the annual report 2012..according to the report and today announcement..wee hur left around 122000 lots of wrtnto be convert..and the main shareholders and directors accounted fot 108000lots..thus left in market only 14000lots...so it is a very goodnews ..only extra.14000lots will come in market before 2014...great...more upside.expected if thomson case settle..good luck
