Only when BBs have collected enough and push it up, it's a waiting game now. Has been at this price level almost a year, quite safe to put some small position at this level but no sure has to wait for how long. But once it move, it will be multiple time.

It has been announcing good news for the past month. But the stock is not moving. up at all. Quite disappointed with it. Hopefully, it can move up this month.

Today annource that it secure new order to build two units of 5150 HP Anchor Handling Tug Supply
(“AHTS”) Vessels for an agreed price of US$27.8 million.
look like play on, but today i think mid cap and blue will be hit,
penny maybe a little, maybe not.
but this week look bad.
Anybody know why it went up 8% and closed at 0.095?
I believe this one will report a full yr of fantastic result, after several Q in the red,
I acc 83 them 88. hope it soar, then i will buy on the way up.
