United Fiber System Limited wishes to announce that on 7 March 2013,
its subsidiary, Poh Lian Construction (Pte.) Ltd., made an application
in the High Court of the Republic of Singapore to place itself under
judicial management. It is proposed in the JM Application that Mr. Tam
Chee Chong and Mr. Andrew Grimmett, both of Deloitte & Touche LLP,
be appointed as judicial managers of PLC...
Not that they are hopeful, but they got no choice.

I only scared today price stuck around 0.02 is because people are queuing to buy up at that price. If these group of greedy people decide to TP at 0.001-0.003 profits, price will dip further and break down. Penny play is rotational and if BB decides to come in here, the gains should be shooting back to 0.05 area. (My wishful thinking)
Just hope everyone who vested have a tight SL tomorrow. If there's still strong buying at 0.02 tomorrow, it should go into a small rebound soon.
