CMA still stuck at 1.35m while CPL already > 2.70.

How is blocking it?

Hi wangwa, if they dont issue new shares how else can  they have a IPO in  HK? They never had any stk buyback policy, therefore the mgmt  has no  spare shares in stock, unless they start to soak up from the existing super large  public float, which they shd rightly do to prevent dilution.

I sold my CMA shares at a massive loss, now learn my lesson, ie never to be deceived by any stks' glossy front. It's all deception, over promise under deliver.

And dont believe all the analysts. Price had been falling since late last yr yet  some analysts  still insist on calling BUY, HOLD!!!!

I'm not trying to talk down this stk so that i can buy again cheaply. CMA is still in down channel anyway, and losing momentum. I'm not interested in this stk ever, unless the mgmt act responsibly towards the investors.  Be responsible for yr own money.

I've sold off all my CMA, finally, and not dabbling in it again.

If CMA is going ahead with the dual listing in HK, then more shares will be issued ==> dilution.

CMA has been  a poorly managed stk,...Firstly no consistent  dividend policy.  2ndly,  mgmt shd hv taken the opportunity to buy up the massive block lots  that the Capital group dumped: that wud hv prevented panic selling since July.  Also it could  issue these shares for the dual listing, thus no need to raise new shares.

What rubbed salt to our wounds is that the  CEO and CFO bought the shares on their personal account at rock bottom prices. Think they are heros? no, self serving opportunists!

Besides, CMA has  the practice of building, and then selling their malls to their 3 REITs, which cause dilution of their assets. When NAV fall, price fall.

Why invest in  CMA when  the mgmt  dont care for investors? There r many other worthy stks.

OCBC : We reiterate our BUY rating on CMA with a revised fair value estimate of S$1.67 based on a scenario-weighted SOTP methodology, versus S$2.09 previouslySmiley

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
