StanChart Online Tranding Account

Need advice.....

StanChart now offer online trading acount with no minimum commission and 0.18 - 0.2% commission. They also give 2 free new trades... But seems like it is a bit diff from other security trading account with no CDP mentioned.. and in their FAQ, also mentioned that Stocks purchased from other brokers cannot sell under StanChart online account....

Any advice,,,
