I think many also now very scare of IPO or in another name- Submarine.
Until then IPO is no longer the sure " pao chia" one already like many years back. Now may be is the " pao su" more than ever. Haha!!!!

this stock lost 10% from its IPO price and you may need 2 years to cover your cost...assuming they are paying 5% dividend in the next 2 years. Unless the stock pice goes up later, else........

$0.60 WAS the expected figure
YESTERDAY although today there is no sign of recovery yet, I hope that it can at least come back to
$0.650 (
TODAY).

In doubt do nothing. Did not apply for this 1.
Suka suka now list ipo @ $0.70. Previously, intend
to list higher. Totally china exposed property stock.
If no stabilizing manager, maybe it could end up below water.
With this mkt condition, more likely downtrend than
uptrend. My view only. No call.
