Mr Philip Soh is deemed to be interested in 175,866,000 ordinary shares of Artivision Technologies Ltd held by Algotech Holdings Ltd in accordance with Section 7 of the Companies Act (Chapter 50).As at the date of this notice, Mr Soh Sai Kiang holds 4,016,268 options granted under the Artivision Technologies Employee Share Option Plan.
