seriously very undervalued.

impressive cash hoard, dividend yield of ~8% at current price.business picking up as well.if im not wrong kevin scully is also vested in this..

Might be able to earn some speculative profits. but i don't see the long term prospect for this co. px < NAV might be a good guarantee though. mind sharing ur rationale?
