ES Group (Holdings) Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wang Fatt Oil & Gas Construction Pte Ltd, has on 2 March 2011 granted an option to purchase to JJA Investments LLP, in respect of the disposal of the freehold property at 30 Shaw Road #06-06 Roche Building, Singapore 367957 for a purchase consideration of S$1,050,000. This option was subsequently exercised on 16 March 2011.

Personally, i will conclude this company has much better prospects than several other Catlist listings. Willing to pay high dividend.
Fair price around 0.25 -0.35.
