UIC is slowing creeping up, and is a major shareholder of Singapore Land which had soared to new highs recently.  Something must be brewing and UIC should be a stock to watch.

CEO of UIC did a block purchase at 2.85.  The stock shot up to 2.95.

Watch out for this stock.

May i know how do u navigate to 'insder trades' of share investor ?

alexchia01      ( Date: 01-Sep-2011 00:20) Posted:

I don't know if they would increase their stake to 50%. They brought at at very good price before market run this week.

Sp Land also jump today. I think can hit $7.00.

You can average down if you like, but I would focus my bullets on counters that has potential to jump high high.

I'm subscribe to ShareInvestor.com, there is a section there that shows Insider Trades.

Their Directors and other Shareholders has been selling their shares before UOL announced increasing its holding in UIC.

UOL now owns 42% of UIC.

Personally, I would Buy UOL rather than UIC because UOL price has more movement than UIC.

As a trader, I like volatile counters, can make money faster.

There is really no trend for this bugger.

Directors and Major Shareholders are constantly selling their shares.

Should get out before the next drop

Why not you buy Singapore land ?? UIC has been accumulating Singland's shares lately..

UIC have about 78% of Singland's share.. They might buy over the remaining 22% at RNAV value and delist singland.. I believe it is more juicy !!

And may i know how long have you been holding on to it ? Gokongwei has stopped buying UIC shares all of a sudden… weird...

Besides the possibility of tussel for control by the 2 major shareholder, WCY and JGJ, UIC's 76% owned Spore Land, through its 50/50 JV with UOL  has been awarded the tender to develop a 46,000 sqm site at Bedok Reservoir.

There is also the redevelopment of UIC building into a high end residential/office mix.

Income stream in the next few years should be strong.
