Currently zero debt... Very unusual counter, ripe to acquiring other companies, using debt and getting higher Roe...

That's right! Hold onto it till all the cows come home.  Smiley

I bot quite a few lots and intend to wait for 10yrs to regain my invested capital unless our banks interest rate climb to 4-5% again.

This may become another annuity stock to keep.

This one should go back to ipo price of $1.13 at least. If there's any acquisition action during the result announcement would be welcome. Lets see....

Ai yo! I'm sure under Keppel, K-Green's business will continue to grow over time as the mgmt had already mentioned M&A is on the card. Lets wait and see.....

My view is the same as yours. No point having the dividends if the share price keeps depreciate. That is the difference between business trust and reits.

The DPU comprises of depreciation, so the investor is practically take back part of the invested capital, so the yield is actually around 2-3%.

Not cal like that lah! It depends on the price one buy-in... lets say at 1.13 - ipo price, base on the coy forecast divs of 7.82cts pa, yield should be ~7% and if it remain constant, shareholders holding this one for 10 yrs should recover all its principal amt minus inflation from divs. Isnt it a good deal?

For this kind of  investment strategy, one must ignore the day-day market noise and choose a strong sponsor....I think Keppel Gp fulfill the latter. Smiley
