I have learnt the hard way that we really need a cut loss and cut profit plan.

Am stucked at 0.51....was reluctant to average down since it has a weak fundamental, rather invest in other better stocks.

　　据统计，今年4月，全国电话用户净增849.7万户，总数达到109405.0万户。今年1-4月，全国固定电话用户累计减少613.9万户，达到30754.9万户。其中，小灵通用户减少679.4万户，达到3920万户，在固定电话用户中所占比重从去年底的14.7%下降到12.7%。其中4月小灵通用户流失了127.5万户。

　　2006年8月，我国小灵通用户曾一度攀升至9300万的巅峰，随后一路下行。到2009年11月跌破5000万户。根据工信部此前的文件，小灵通将在明年年底彻底退网。此前一些地区已在尝试转网方案，主要通过低价套餐来吸引用户，但似乎反应平平，更多用户仍在观望。

　　与小灵通的没落相比，我国手机用户仍在快速增长。今年前4 个月，全国手机用户累计净增3911.7万户，总量达到78650.1万户。其中4月就净增962.8万户。截至今年4月底，我国3G手机户突破2000万户，达到2002.2万户。"

last time b4 sinotel surged to 60 plus, i was buying it at average 17.5 then it dropped even lower to 6.5 cents........was lucky enough did not sell at that times, then fortunately enough tt it bounced back......not to say you shld keep, but need to analyse careful whether it worth to keep or sell it.....
