Even at SGD 1.20, ARA still gives a yield of 4%, since the CEO has mentioned in the annual report that they will be able to maintain the same dividend as last year (ie 4.8 cts), notwithstanding the increase in number of share arising from the bonus issue.
There has been a large transactions recently, in millions of share at SGD 1.07. Something brewing...... |

Since you say so, I buy 30 lots at Sgd. 1.15 and some at Sgd. 1.14.

ARA mentioned late last year that they will be launching a real estate investment trust in Singapore together with Qatar's Regency Group that will be Sharia or Islamic compliant in 2H10. The proposed REIT will hold assets such as hotels and service apartments currently owned by Qatar's Regency Group.

ARA also holds CACHE and CWT so it will growth steadily with low volatility. Expected annual growth of 25% will not be too exagerated!

Yes I buy ARA today at slightly less than Sgd. 1.16, 100 lots today. Expecting gain of >20% within two months.

ARA approved in pricniple the bonus shares. Proposed bonus ratio....5:1..hopefully time for this to move up:-)
