Now that Electric and Battery Cars are SPEEDING on the ROADS, all polluting cars, taxis and buses must be SCRAPED.... ALL Cars, Taxis, Buses must be CLEAN ELECTRIC. CLEAN COCEs must be issued to replace the existing Polluting COEs. COCE is the Certificate Of Clean Entitlement. UNlike the existing CO(P)E Certificate of (Pollution) Entitlement. COE was used to HIDE the (P) which is POLLUTION. COE was actually CO(P)E which is complacency, negligence, incompetence, exuberance [CINE]. (POLLUTION) must NOT be allowed at all. WHY (POLLUTION) was hidden under COE and officially Entitled ???? POLLUTION must NOW be TERMINATED by COCE.
