I am not sure but the market is expecting US is postponing to quit the QE policy so interest rate should remain stable right?
Normally how much the debt ratio is healthy?

I see in 3rd Q report the borrowing is 28.4million, as compared to total equity 202million.

Why nobody pay attention to this GEM?
The long term chart looks up also.
Looks the market likes the 3Q results.
Today closed at 27.5cents, will the up trend continue?

Ok, since there are some interests in this company, I shall do a review of why this is a good company at a cheap price now.
In order to first recognize and then to buy a good company shares, one must collect as many facts & factors to support the buying in his/her favor.
There are indeed many factors that favors into buying this company shares:
1. Close at 52 weeks high of $0.240 (hit 0.255 52 weeks highest)
2. Good volume of accumulation of shares spotted for past the 2 weeks . - Accumulation means selling of shares on the way up
3. Co. start giving dividend in Apr 2012 & Apr 2013 - a dividend stock worth investing.
4. Market cap is 95M, total shares float is only 397M shares. Limited shares float available now.
5. Having good % of growth in revenue and net profit to support current uptrend behavior. See the financial report for the actual figures at www.frenckengroup.com
6. Co. is turning around with profit of $7.4mil for 1H2013 as compared with 0.5mil for 1H2012. Conditions are improving, and we expect company to produce better results for 2H2013
7. Co. is into expanding mode, growing bigger to be a world global leader in this sector. She had fully completed $50.2 million takeover of Juken in December 2012 and is now showing good earning results from that deal. She had also acquired in a 51% stake in Supertool recently.
8. Co. is now better managed and is determined to become a world leader in this area. Why is it so? They had just revamped their website and is frequently updated. The shareholders, directors and fund institutions are coming in to buy the shares from the market as reported in SGX announcement. Therefore, from the points 2 to 8, we can conclude company is doing the right thing this time round
9. From technical standpoint, the chart of Frencken is making a big W, meaning price may goes back to $0.555 - (Oct 2007 highest). NAV is $0.497 as of June 2013
10. Lastly, from Jesse Livermore,
a. Buy rising stocks and sell falling stocks
b. Co-ordinate your trading activity with pivot points - u need to find your own pivotal point(s) in this stock
c. In any sector, trade the leading stock - the one showing the strongest trend. - This co. in this sector here is the leading stock and is showing the strongest trend currently
d. Go long when stocks reach a new high. Sell short when they reach a new low
e. A stock is never too high to buy and never too low to short
This analysis is not an inducement to buy or sell. Instead, one should learn from Jesse Livermore - buy only when all the winning factors favors you or the counter. Buy only when the share price start moving upwards or sell when it goes downwards, with volume. Do not anticipate where the share will go, follow the trend.
broad mkt weakness, many stocks under-valued and with low PE but still not moving...
hope investors will see value.
