Had missed out one point. Norm, u see web page addr http://www.address xxxx
A web server enhances with extra security, u will see https(s for Security), that means, d data sending via internet are encryted. Some broking firm has such feature, banking sector has that feature as well. Henceforth, if u edit the web page fr https to http, then u need to remove d s, and vice versa. But some wed server has d ability to automatic correct the wrong http.
Some banks have no security enhance server, but they added in extra pin authentication feature, either via , token, handphone or email to protect clients when online service via internet.

Try below:
1. If u r using local area network, ie u r using a note book fr your master bed room or kitchen. Go to your desk top n try.
2. If u r using an internet adapter or modem. Check d Internet light is blinking.
3. Below your screen, click Start button, select My Network Places, select View Network Connection, u will see d word Connected at either d xxxx Connection or Local Area Network Connection. If u see Not connected or disable, then u hv to enable it again.
4. Last but not least, login yahoo.com to check d internet is working fine. If yes, type in d web page to cdp web page. And try again, if still fails, thats likely is your cdp account no not correct. If using your IC no, try cap log both on your IC No n passwords. Normally IC no is capital in alpha.

CDP will not send confirmation slip if you are alloted the shares. Anyway, did you apply for the internet access before? If you have not registered for internet access, i doubt you key in ur IC or cdp acct no. will work.

CDP will not send confirmation slip if you are alloted the shares. Anyway, did you apply for the internet access before? If you have not registered for internet access, i doubt you key in ur IC or cdp acct no. will work.

Machines can make mistake if the person feeding the information to the machines is careless or not serious in his work. So doubly check your payment and call CDP to tell them of their mistakes. If too long time has passed, it might be difficult to check up due to tons of information being received by the CDP everyday.

If you applied for 3 lots and they refunded you 1 lot , then it must mean that you are successfull for 2 lots.
How come CDP phone say you are not successfull

so far i dun have any problem with this website, yesterday morning i do that to confirm CMA, no problem, today i try, no problem.
if your account number and password are correct, should be ok to get into their website.. if your problem is persistent, perhaps use another computer or another browser to confirm...
