This is good or bad ?
" AIMSAMPIREIT, and the manager of AIMSAMPIREIT, the Manager), wishes to announce the proposed unit consolidation (the Proposed Unit Consolidation) involving the consolidation of every five (5) existing units in AIMSAMPIREIT (Units) held by unitholders of AIMSAMPIREIT (Unitholders) as at a books closure date to be determined by the Manager (the Books Closure Date, and the existing units held as at the Books Closure Date, the Existing Units) into one (1) Unit (the Consolidated Units). The number of Consolidated Units which Unitholders will be entitled to, based on their holdings of Existing Units as at the Books Closure Date, will be rounded down to the nearest whole Consolidated Unit and any fractions of Consolidated Units arising from the Proposed Unit Consolidation will be disregarded. Each Consolidated Unit will rank pari passu with each other."

Of course is good payout. Aims ampi reit give dividend every quarter. (4 times a year), which will translate 10% a year.

What is AIMS-AMP i reit nett asset value now post rights and what is current yield.
Anybody knows
judging from other reits whom call for rights issue, it will fall down further before resume up.. like wise, i tink this counter will also..

today new name - so price is steady
want to short - short tomollow better
gee...din know this burger has chg name to AIMSAMPIreit liao ! :P
seems that 20.cts is well supported siah...wonder any BBs attempt to dump/short further below that level ? :D

gearing only 29%....very healthy la....though K-Reit is better as only 9%....good luck :)
