taitai,

Intrinsic value will be more accurate if you able to get 10 years history of the average EPS growth.

Current EPS for Capitaland is 0.122 and the EPS growth should be in positive territory, are you getting the correct value?

EPS is history... NTA backing may be better... But best is Technical Action... which can make a mockery of 'intrinsic' value hehehe... :)

Thanks leo for the link. But hor, not very accurate leh.

Try putting the following for Capitaland into the white fields.

Year 2008

EPS (cents)  29.7

EPS Growth (%) -54.3

I am not very sure the instrinsic value is so low?

Am I getting this right?

Hi taitai, You can calculate the intrinsic value by entering the value in the white box at the Intrinsic Value Calculator at the URL below: http://www.thewaytomakemoney.com/downloads/stockintrinsicvalue.xls

Dear All

Does anybody here know where to obtain the intrinsic values of the major Singapore stocks beside the paid website Shareinvestor. Any periodicals out on a weekly or monthly basis that is on sale?

Thanks in advance.

I know there's one such magazine, but never got the chance to grab a copy, does it come into circulation beginning of each month? Does it reflect the intrinsic value of each stock? I need the intrinsic value and not the other components.

Cheerio!
