isn't good that Mr asianto took over, i guess he ll make to the company a new start at the previous chairman was sleeping and not doing anything. things should be moving quite fast now and to the right path

1. Why did Mr Liu resign as Non-Executive Chairman on 17 September 2010 given that he had just resigned as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) to become Non-Executive Chairman on 15 August 2010?
Company’s response
Mr Liu has expressed his exhaustion in looking for a suitable new business for the Group, and therefore has decided to hand over the reins to a new management team which has the requisite knowledge and expertise to take the Group forward.
SGX-ST’s Query 2
2. In the Company’s announcement on 16 August 2010, it had reported that Mr Liu would guide and work together with Mr Robby Asianto (“Mr Asianto”) (the newly appointed CEO) in his capacity as Non-Executive Chairman, to ensure a smooth transition of duties, and in the best interest of the Group. Has this transition been satisfactorily completed?
Company’s response
As the Group has ceased all business activities since the first quarter ended 31March 2010, a short transition period was adequate, and the transition has been substantially completed. Mr Liu is currently assisting to tidy up the present set up,including winding up and de-registering the Company’s subsidiary in China, Shenzhen KXD Multimedia Co., Ltd., so that the new Board and management team could start with a clean state.
