Trading Platform recommended

Hi all, I am new to technical analysis, but one important thing that I learnt is to set stop loss to all trade. I am currently using POEMS, and do not think the stop-loss feature is good enough (it's using stop limit order). Pls correct me if I am wrong.

Could some seniors/experienced traders recommend to me what platforms they used or know of that is able to set stop-loss and take GTC (Good to cancel order)?
