I mean only 2mil in public, so how much can they buy ? The share scrips have to be delivered no matter what.... I believe the placement shares were sold to the public if there is no holding period - so the next question is why benefit the institutions or individual in placing so high percentage to them.,...

2 mil to public but trading vol is 22mil. So those priviledged institutions could sell the shares on first trading days - no holding period ?Money so easy to make ?

This banded trading price may end d way it traded for today (Friday) and for next week price may soften a little and depending on DOW. Those big boys may maintain price for a while before going either way. My tot back to IPO offer price...Not d way or even 50ct, Grey is oredi 0.60ct.

I have been in their line for some years and i do know the situation in this line. well, it is up to individual, i think their holding insituation is pushing up the price....will see in future if can hold...it is way way out my price for them...

Seem for some, it is fix in d mind sub-con no good one, not worth 0.40cent, anyway those grey price indicated other wise.....one never can tell and it cross 70ct on opening, all due to proper distribution by big boys. IPO fever is back and it good for our local industires to be listed successfully.

FY1H09 PEC net profit $12 mln, assuming FY09 profit $25 mln and trading at PE of 7 times, price is about 73ct.  Rotary is currently trading at 7.8 times. If based on that, price can go as high as 82ct.

not to worry for now. According to the indicative timetable: 6 Aug is the ballotting of applications  in the event of over-subscription and 7Aug is the commencement of trading on "ready" basis , cheers :)
