would want to consult your opinion on this stock. From your perspective, do u all think it is on an uptrend or is it still moving sideways? From a TA point of view, it has broken the resistance level of $0.615. Whats your take on this
With the price high say 70cents, given discount for right issue or institutional buy of 20% will only be at 56cents...

FM next target counter......Watch out the break out........
Target price 74cents
From a technical perspective, this counter is trending up slowly, and the intra day high of 0.55 nearly touched the 200 day mva.
If you look at most of the stocks today, quite a number of them have reached their 200 days mva, and subsequently breach it to go higher.
From the fundamental perspective, the fact that Raffles Edu does not have to pay the o/s 1.5 billion rmb for the purchase of Oriental University Campus, with only the first instl of 500m RMB (approx S$110m) payable somewhere in 2010, is positive for the company, as they are generating cashflow of S$15m or so per qtr.
Not a call to buy/sell.
At the last 15 minutes, there is a sudden breakout of recent high from 53cents all the way to 55cents.
It breaks the recent high again, although closing with no change of 53.5cents.
There must be something going to happen........
UP is more likely then DOWN as this counter is very lagger before all the good counter......
