VICOM, high yield , low liquidity, stable...

 

I have been hearing that during the time of uncertainity, we should not jump in to buy stock price that has been on the downward trend. however, you should forcus on defensive counters with good track records and pay a good yield. i am wondering where can i extract these information on which stock are defensive counters that pay good yield? anyone out there can enlighten me?
